“Hidden Beach,” also known as Playa Del Amor, is a sea paradise in Mexico’s Marieta Islands.
This small beach is said to have been created by a bomb blast during World War I.

At the bottom of the sea, there are coral reefs, and the islands around the beach are characterized by unique flora and fauna for those who wish to discover their natural side.
In the 1960s, Jacques Cousteau campaigned for the protection of the islands from harmful human interference.
Since 2005 the islands have been named a national park and became a protected area.
