In 1963, when Paul McCartney heard the famous Mikis Theodorakis’ song “If You Remember My Dream” from BBC radio, he wanted Beatles to sing it.
Mikis wrote the song in 1958 for Michael Powell’s film “Luna De Meil”, which was sung by Marino Marini.
The legendary Beatles recorded the song entitled “Honeymoon Song” on behalf of the BBC show “Pop Go to Beatles”, which aired on August 8, 1963.
Released after 31 years, in 1994, with the album “The Beatles: Live at the BBC”.
